Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 minute parent and child yoga class. We will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. This class is most appropriate for ages 1-5 but younger/older siblings are welcome. Bring a blanket or yoga mat for practice!
