Costume Parent & Child Yoga

Bring your toddler(s) in costume to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 minute parent & child yoga class. We will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. Costumes are encouraged but not required! Be sure your child can move well in their costume. :)

About the event
There are NO expectations that your toddler fully participate in this class - some children at this age prefer to watch quietly or move in their own way. The most important thing is the quality time between you and your child(ren) - and if they see you participate they will be encouraged to join in, too! No yoga experience necessary.
Erin Givarz, MSW, is a locally certified yoga instructor, childcare provider, mom and parent educator trained in children's play therapy.
Each class RSVP is for one family with up to two children (ages 1 - 5 years).
Please label your payment with the date of the class.You must ALSO send a payment (suggested donation $15-25) via venmo to @wavesofchildhood to reserve your spot.
In the case of a class cancellation due to weather, your payment will be refunded to you.
