Join us for Dad & Me Yoga on the Lawn on Fathers Day, June 18th from 9:30a-10a with MVP Teacher & Children’s Yoga Specialist Erin Givarz! Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 minute parent and child yoga class. We will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. This class is most appropriate for ages 1-5 but younger/older siblings are welcome. Bring a blanket or yoga mat for practice!
