Parent & Toddler Yoga
Bring your toddler(s) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 minute parent & child yoga class. We will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation.

About the event
There are NO expectations that your toddler fully participate in this class - some children at this age prefer to watch quietly or move in their own way. The most important thing is the quality time between you and your child(ren) - and if they see you participate they will be encouraged to join in, too! No yoga experience necessary.
Erin Givarz, MSW, is a locally certified yoga instructor, childcare provider, mom and parent educator trained in children's play therapy.
Each class RSVP is for one family with up to two children (ages 18m - 4 years).
- You must ALSO send a payment (suggested donation $15-25) via venmo to @Erin-Givarz (last digits of phone number 1525) to reserve your spot. Please label your payment with the date of the class.
- In the case of a class cancellation due to weather, your payment will be refunded to you.
- If you need to cancel please do so 24 hours in advance & your payment will be refunded to you.
- A pin of the location of class will be sent to you by text.
Class Logistics:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins.
- Please bring one large blanket for your family unit (I will have one extra on hand).
- Yoga mats are not required.
Safety Considerations:
- Masks are not required while on your blanket.
- Ideally, each family will be staying on their blanket for the entirety of the class. However, we understand that toddlers may wander off - if so, please supervise them.
- Class will be in a shaded area but be sure to bring sunscreen and bug spray to have on hand.
